Even if you do not have Celiac Disease, this is a great way to reduce your gluten intake. Reducing gluten in your diet may offer health benefits such as easier digestion and more.
Rather than white flour, the desserts use easy-to-acquire ingredients, such as nut meal, cornstarch, tapioca starch, and flours made from rice, buckwheat, amaranth, and sorghum. If you can not find an ingredient, we will gladly try to help you.

The authors tested their recipes on the entire population (not just celiacs) for an accurate comparison of our GF desserts to the "real" thing. They were judged to be even better than those made with wheat. In fact, the gluten-free carrot cake won FIRST PLACE in cake-baking contest — even against all other white flour, "normal" carrot cakes.
The recipes were specially created so that they are easy to reproduce, even if you have little baking experience. Many are as simple as mixing the ingredients together in and putting in the oven. Call today!
